Startup Assistance – BASIC

(Live Virtual Session)

This is a 2-hour online instructor-led training. It is performed via a web conferencing system with audio and with shared desktops. The HMS Academy expert will use the shared desktops to assist you through the configuration step by step, and provide you with a basic application configuration.

Startup Assistance – ADVANCED

(at HMS or at a Customer)

This is for more demanding applications or when more comprehensive guidance is needed. It is done through a meeting either at HMS or at the customer. This gives increased possibilities to set up and configure the application and includes more extensive configuration options and training.

Expected results

• A fast way to get the application configured and up and running or just to get started on your project.
• Since the configuration will be supervised by an expert, you are guaranteed to use best practices for your installation.
• You will get tips and tricks from the expert that you will be able to utilize in your future use of the product.
  
  

Targets

After this session you will be able to:

• Have a basic understanding of the HMS product and how to use it in your application.
• Be able to manage and configure the HMS product.
• Have a good foundation for preparing a final application.

Prerequisites

• You need to have the HMS product available along with the product you want to connect and configure.
• You should have suitable technical skills in general and in-depth knowledge of your own products.

 

Practical matters

• The Startup Assistance service is suitable for 1-2 participants
• Webex conference will be used for Live Virtual Sessions. When the Application Service has been ordered, HMS can provide a possible timeframe for the service (A Live Virtual Session can normally be provided with short notice).
