To be able to connect to the web interface of the Anybus Wireless Bridge, your computer must be in the same IP address subnet.
1. Reset the Anybus Wireless Bridge to the factory default IP settings. 2. Change the IP settings of the computer to match the default IP settings of the Anybus Wireless Bridge.

1. Check with the IT department if they can check in the DHCP server what IP address that was assigned to your MACID or
2. Make a Factory Reset to access the module on the default IP address.
